The most common budget route is to take the DAMRI airport bus from Juanda Airport to Terminal Purabaya, also known as Bungurasih. From there, you continue by intercity bus to Malang, usually arriving at Terminal Arjosari. After that, you still need a local taxi, Grab or Gojek to reach your hotel.

DAMRI buses to Terminal Purabaya / Bungurasih usually leave from the bus area at Juanda Airport Terminal 1.
