If you’re looking for a peaceful yet stylish stay in Bali without breaking the bank, let me introduce you to a little slice of paradise: The Bali Bubble in Sanur. Nestled in a quiet corner of this charming coastal town, this lovely villa complex stole our hearts from the moment we arrived.

A Modern Hideaway with Apartment-Style Comfort

The Bali Bubble isn’t a single villa but a beautifully maintained, modern property made up of separate apartments—each offering a mix of homey comforts and tropical charm. We stayed in one of the larger units, and it was perfect for our family. With two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, we had plenty of room to spread out and relax.

Apartments are arranged around the central pool.

The apartment came fully equipped: a kitchen, drinking water refill, tea, coffee, sugar, a fridge, microwave, and even a drying rack for laundry—great for travel light packers. Each bathroom had both an indoor and outdoor shower, which felt both practical and indulgent.

We also had an extra bed and a baby cot, which made the stay extra family-friendly. The main bedroom had a large king-size bed, and the extra bed was actually a floor mattress—which might not be everyone’s favorite, but honestly, I loved it. With little kids, it felt much safer knowing they wouldn’t roll off a high bed during the night. For us, it was perfect peace of mind.

Peaceful Yet Well-Connected Location

The Bali Bubble sits at the end of a quiet, dead-end street, so nights were blissfully calm—no traffic noise, just the sounds of Bali’s nature. From the street, there’s a shaded riverside promenade, perfect for peaceful stroller walks, away from cars and under leafy trees.

You can walk straight from Mertasari Beach to The Bali Bubble.

And just around the corner is Sanur’s main road, which made it easy to hop in a Grab or explore the area. It’s a rare combo of quiet and convenience—and we loved having both.

A Pool for Everyone

At the heart of the villa is a shared pool that’s perfect for both play and relaxation. One end is deep enough for a proper swim, while the other side is waist-deep with steps—ideal for kids to sit, splash, and play. They even had pool toys and balls to borrow, which our girls absolutely loved.

My kids absolutely loved spending time at the pool.

Breakfast by the Pool (or Delivered)

Breakfast was a daily highlight. Included in the stay, you can pick from six delicious dishes, all tasty and thoughtfully prepared. Each meal comes with juice or sliced fruit, plus your choice of coffee, tea, or milk.

We often enjoyed breakfast by the pool, but some days had it brought to our apartment.

The free breakfast was a great perk—we often couldn’t even finish it all and ended up saving some in the fridge for lunch.

Friendly Staff and Local Shuttle Service

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They even offered free shuttle rides around Sanur. While we always gave a small tip (around 20,000 IDR per ride, similar to Grab), it was a lovely convenience and appreciated gesture.

On the day of our departure, we had a late flight after our 11 AM checkout. We bought lunch from a local warung and the staff graciously let us relax by the pool until nearly 2 PM. They even brought us plates and cutlery, so we could eat in comfort and enjoy our final hours in Bali.

Why We Loved It

From the warm service and peaceful setting to the practical amenities and great location, The Bali Bubble had everything we could have hoped for. It’s a relatively new property, clean, calm, and perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a serene base in Sanur.

And we’re definitely not the only happy guests—this place has received fantastic reviews across the board for its comfort, friendly staff, and great value. You can book it easily on platforms like Expedia, Booking.com, or Agoda, often with flexible cancellation options.

Prices usually start around $29 USD per night for a one-bedroom apartment and from about $41 USD for a two-bedroom, depending on the season. For everything that’s included—breakfast, shuttle, a pool, and a peaceful setting—it’s honestly a great deal.
